All of the products I purchased and ordered were of good quality and as advertised. I have had problems with shipping. Some orders were missing. Also when tracking shipments, they sometimes seem to linger in one location along the delivery route.

Nice shirt

The "Honor and Respect" shirt is great quality. Nice weight, great design. However, I only have this shirt as a result of a 50% refund coupon on a shirt I bought my wife. She hated the shirt, the weight, the fit, the material. Unfortunately, Thin Blue Line did not make it clear that it was not returnable. It was a "custom order" on a standard size item in their catalog.

Image appearance on shirt not centered.

The ordering process and receiving was very good. Shirt appears to be very good quality. My only disappointment was the image of the flag and writing on the front of shirt was not centered. The image was clearly leaning towards the left shoulder.
