Suggestion for a design

I like the hat, I'm proud to be a retired LEO. But most people don't notice the blue line. I also bought a thin blue line flag hat, and I like it and people recognize it, but it doesn't say retired. It would be totally cool to have a thin blue line flag hat that said "Retired" on it. Just a suggestion.
