Will never order anything again

This item is totally misrepresented on your website. It says flagpole is not included, which the assumption would be it was suitable for a flagpole. BUT IT'S ONLY PRINTED ON 1 SIDE !!! It is actually made to hang on a wall ! I contacted customer service via their website (no phone number!) telling that I wanted a refund, and that I would return it (I would have to pay shipping) The representative said they do NOT give refunds, and offered me a 50 % store credit. There is no way that was acceptable, why wold I want to spend more money with them, not knowing what I would receive.
